Kristen Rohde, M.S., CCC-SLP grew up in Maryland and earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Towson University. She then moved to California where her fiancé (now husband) was stationed at Point Mugu Naval Base. She earned her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from California State University, Northridge. Kristen has always loved kids and knew that she wanted to work with the pediatric population. In her professional career, she worked at the Easter Seals Early Intervention Program and then at Ventura Unified School District before founding Seaside Therapy. Her background has given her experience with kids from toddlers through high school age. She enjoys working with a variety of articulation and phonological disorders, as well as a wide variety of language and social skills. She has Hanen certifications for “It Takes Two To Talk” and “More Than Words”. Kristen has also worked with phonological processing, reading, dyslexia, and spelling. Kristen is married and has 3 grown sons. She loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, doing escape rooms, and playing word games.

Madison (Maddy) Stacy MS, CCC-SLP graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2018 with a Bachelors in Communication and Sciences Disorders. After receiving her Masters in Speech and Language Pathology from the University of Kentucky in 2020, she moved cross country to Ventura, California to pursue her career. She holds a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association and is California State licensed. She has experience conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing treatment approaches for all types of speech and language disorders in individuals across the lifespan, however, her passion and specialty is working with the pediatric population. Maddy sets a positive and encouraging tone during her speech therapy sessions and enjoys making her sessions as motivating as possible for her clients. She believes that the best learning comes with fun! Her favorite thing about being a therapist is helping individuals find their voice and be confident communicators. Outside work you can find her socializing with family and friends, exercising, drinking coffee, or relaxing on the beach!

​​Sarah Dohy, M.S., CCC-SLP, graduated from Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, New Mexico in December of 2019. Sarah also received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Biology from CSU Channel Islands. She previously worked for the Ventura Unified School District and also has a background in applied behavioral analysis. Sarah has experience in a variety of settings with individuals across the lifespan, however the pediatric population is her passion. She conducts evaluations, develops treatment plans, and implements treatment approaches for clients with a variety of disorders. Sarah prioritizes cultivating relationships with her clients and their families, and focuses on making speech fun and pressure free.

Sarah lives in Camarillo with her fiancé Andrew, and her two Australian Cattle Dogs, Moose & Maggie. Sarah enjoys walking her dogs, trying new foods, traveling, and hosting game night with her friends and family.

Megan Vereb, M.S., CF-SLP was born and raised in Ventura, California. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Disorders, Speech Language Pathology- Assistant (SLP-A) License, and Master’s degree in Communication Disorders all from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). She has worked on and off at Seaside Therapy Inc. since 2013 as a SLP-A, intern, and now a speech therapist. Megan loves working with kids and spent some time at the Ventura Unified School District as a speech therapist. Megan is married and has 2 young daughters (who she homeschools!). She lives in Ojai, California, and loves spending time outside in nature with her family. She loves to read, bake, travel, and relax at the pool with her family.

Anna Barton, M.S, CF-SLP earned her Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders from California State University, Northridge in 2020. She earned her Master’s degree in Communication Disorders from California State University, Northridge in 2023. She assessed and treated clients at CSUN’s AAC, Parkinson’s Voice Project/Aphasia, and General clinics during her clinical internship. She then completed her student teaching at Chandler Elementary School. She has worked at Seaside Therapy, Inc. as an extern during her final semester as a graduate student at CSUN. Anna loves working with children and the endless creative thinking that comes with being in the field of speech and language pathology.

In her free time, Anna loves spending time with her family and friends, taking care of her cats and dogs, crocheting, and playing piano.

Sarah Pegler, M.S., CF-SLP was born and raised in Camarillo, California. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University and her second Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Disorders from Utah State University. She received her Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders from California State University Northridge (CSUN). Sarah loved her time at Seaside during her graduate internship and knew she wanted to return upon receiving her license. She enjoys building connections with her clients and providing them with the tools to effectively communicate their thoughts and needs to form meaningful connections. In her free time, she enjoys painting, hiking, and spending time with her family.

Mr. Reagan is a graduate of California State University at Northridge (CSUN) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (1973) and a Master of Arts degree from the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders (1975). He holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association and is licensed in speech and language pathology by the State of California (#3064).

Following his graduation in 1975, he spent two years as an instructor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at CSUN before beginning his long career in speech-language pathology at a variety of public and private settings. He joined Seaside Therapy Inc. in 2009.

Speech-Language Pathologist

Angelica Faulk, MS, CCC-SLP is a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist, who has been a practicing clinician for 9 years, providing therapy in both English and Spanish. She graduated from St. Ambrose University with her Master’s of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology, and California State University Sacramento with her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. Angelica has worked in the school setting providing services to elementary, junior high, and high school students, rehabilitation hospital setting providing services to adults, and the private clinic setting providing services to all ages. In the rehabilitation setting, she was working with in-patient post-stroke and traumatic brain injury patients, focusing on treatment for cognition and swallowing. Her specific interests include articulation disorders, language disorders, and neurological disorders (targeting cognition, speech, language, and swallowing). Angelica enjoys hiking, traveling the world with her husband and daughter, and eating her way through all of it.

Speech-Language Pathologist

Megan Allio, MS, CCC-SLP, graduated from Biola University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders in 2004. She received her Master of Arts in Communicative Disorders from the University of Redlands in 2007. She has worked for many years at various private speech clinics with children from 16 months-16 years, often collaborating with occupational and physical therapists. Her specialties include Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), autism spectrum disorders, and articulation and phonological disorders. She also has experience in AAC and myofunctional disorders. Special trainings include: PECS, Hanen It Takes Two to Talk, TalkTools, PROMPT Bridging, SCERTS, and SOS feeding, among others. Megan has worked in clinics, programs for children with autism, in homes, and currently specializes in virtual treatments. No matter where she is seeing a client, Megan always connects with each child, truly viewing each one as precious. She enjoys her work and is known to bring loads of fun, creativity, and silliness to the task of improving speech and language!

Megan enjoys cooking, gardening, and baking and eating sourdough bread. She is currently learning Spanish and is always studying the Bible. She and her husband love to camp or get away to a picturesque location in nature, where you might find her reading to him as he paints the beauty of a landscape scene.

Speech-Language Pathology Assistant

Jazmin is a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. She received her AA and SLPA license from Chemeketa Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree from Utah State University. Jazmin has been with Seaside since July 2018. She has experience with treating young children through early intervention and school-age children. Her current areas of interest include but are not limited to early intervention, suspected Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social-Pragmatic Disorders, Language Disorders, and Speech Sound Disorders (SSD). Jazmin believes that speech should be nothing but fun and should be tailored to each client's interests and needs. She is committed to helping her clients find their voice and achieve their communication goals. In her free time, Jazmin likes a good matcha latte, taking her dog Penny on long walks, and spending time with her family & friends.
